Cancellation

When you create content on our Services, you represent that you own or have necessary rights to that content and that it complies with our terms and applicable laws.

By posting content, you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your contributions for any purpose. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to monitor for violations, take legal action against violators, remove content, and manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

Informal Negotiations

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. Arbitration seat is Ukraine, proceedings in English.

Information on Services may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of Services, your content, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.

While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data.

You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic agreements and signatures satisfy legal requirements for writing.
